We love our animals and Staff
Please note that the welfare and safety of our animals and staff take priority over everything else. If we feel that either the staff or animals are at risk from guests or the public, we reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any event.
While we love all animals, no animals other than ours are allowed at our events. This is for the Safety of guests and ponies.
All guests must adhere to your host's instructions this includes wearing suppled helmets when riding any ponies.
Photography & Social Media
The Sparkles & Co Team often take photos at events for use on our social media platforms. If you do not wish for this to occur, please advise us via email prior to the event so that we can inform our staff.
Loss/Damage
Sparkles & Co does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any property belonging to yourself or your guests either by act or omission by any of its staff or animals.
Server Weather Cancellation
Severe weather compromises the safety of all participants at Sparkles & Co. The severity of the weather event can pose different challenges for different sites and may include but not be limited to thunderstorms, high winds with the risk of branches falling, flash flooding, extreme tides or wave action (in coastal sites). If severe weather is forecast and a new venue cannot be found, the event or visit may be cancelled in advance (the day before or earlier) we are able to offer you a credit towards another Party or experience.
If a session is cut short or cancelled halfway through due to a severe weather event or unsafe conditions, we are unfortunately unable to refund the event cost. But can offer a discount for a future booking.
Wet Weather
We are in a great position at our venue that we do go ahead in wet weather as long as it is safe. We have a wonderful large hall and undercover areas for the ponies but participants will very likely still get wet (usually by choice). Please ensure all attendees are appropriately dressed and prepared. (spare clothes advised)
Please note that if both parties come to an agreement to cancel the day before or on the morning of your booked event due to heavy rain you will keep your event credit and we can work to find another suitable date to move your event to.
Absence/Sick Policy
Because fees, costs, resources and staffing are based on particular ratios, Sparkles & Co, unfortunately, cannot offer ‘make-up’ days unless agreed upon or offer refunds if an attendee is absent due to illness.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that at times life happens and you may need to cancel.
Please contact us within 14 days of your booked event. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booked event start time will result in a loss of 50% of your total booking cost.
Once the day has commenced, the cancellation will mean a forfeit of all fees paid.
Confirmation of bookings and Payment
The minimum non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total booking must be paid as a deposit within 7 days of receiving your invoice to confirm your booking.
You may lose your preferred date if payment is not received by this date.
Payment of your deposit indicates that you have read and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.
Make a final payment
Full payment of invoices must be made before 7 days of your event date.
Booking Details
Final participant numbers must be confirmed a minimum of one week prior to the date of booking to ensure we can staff your booking at the correct ratio and have adequate resources organised for the day.
Any changes to your booking must be made by emailing us including adjustments to children's numbers and names.
Carnival Pony Party Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Participants under 18 must have parental consent to enter.
2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must: - Follow our Instagram account @sparklesand_co @teeganrosephotography - Like this post. - Tag your friends in the comments. - Share this post to your stories for an extra entry.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 15th November 6pm 2024 and ends on the 11th of December 2024 at 6pm. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on 11th of December 2024 via our Instagram story and will be contacted via direct message.
5. Prize: The prize consists of a 2hr Carnival pony party for up to 15 children with two themed ponies. Party to be held at 316 WITTA RD witta, Event to be booked on available dates in January 2025 or February 2025 Event time 11-1pm. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 3 days of being notified to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected. Party winner must have a date confirmed with Sparkles & Co by 20th of December 2024.
7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Sparkles & Co and Teegan Rose photography to use all imagery and video gathered over the two hour event for all marketing promotional material.
8. Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any liability related to this giveaway.
9. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Sparkles & Co's privacy policy.
10. Modification: Sparkles & Co reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify individuals who breach these Terms and Conditions, tamper with the entry process, or engage in misconduct jeopardizing the promotion's fair and proper conduct.
